People forget what really matters in all the stress and success. We dont take time to ourselves, we never meditate or connect with the nature in any way. We are so stressed out, thinking too much..
When I feel stressed or negative in any way, I just go to the forest, nearest park or to the Beach. Just a nature place. Take my shoes of, take a deap breath and dont think. It is so relaxing, makes you happier, and it makes you feel free from all the negative thoughts. It is imoprtant to connect with the earth. We are going to be under it one day, after all.
I have to start to meditate more. Turn the Tv of more often and enjoy silence. :)
