There we go :D Lombardo is red and orange :) Just dont know what i should use it for if its not that hot as i think. But lets see. :) Dont want to jump to conclusions here.

Danish Holiday today, Skt Hans. But every Danish person I have met today, i have asked them, Why do you celebrate Skt. hans, and Who is he? Not one single person could answer that question. I think that is a little crazy. Everybody knows it is a Holiday, everybody is free from work, they even burn a wooden witch, like some tradition. And they dont know why.
Anyway, I had to google it. of course. Google told me that Skt Hans, was infact just a danish name for Skt John the Baptist. And he was born this day like 6 months before Jesus. And there is almost only Scandinavian that have this tradition.... But for as long as i know, I have never heard of this before in my life. In Sweden they celebrate Midsummer, which is from the nordic mythologi, They put up a Big penis in the grass and dance around it. In the mythologi they did it to celebrate the fertility of the men. Swedes burn the which in easter. (Weird too) And they have a biig fire the first day of spring (Valborg)
But here in Denmark they are burning a which on Midsummer, because St John the baptist was born this day, or i dont know. Hmm... Its just soo confusing and noo point of celebrating it. I wonder why we still have the urge to make a big fire and gather around it.. Is it because we want to hold on to the old, the past? Or is it in our genes to do this every Spring/summer? Hahaha! Or do we just want an excuse to have a day off from work and get Wasted?! Hahaha I think its the last option. ;)

It was a wonderful day, so we decided to go to the Beach and gather around the fire with some friends and beer! :)

I really feel sick and tired of denmark, and this shit job! :P (almost over) Cant wait to go on a vacation soon. Dont know where to go this year. I feel like trying something totally new and different than I am used to. 

We have been talking about this cheap last minute holidays. Would be nice to decide the day before, where to go ;) But I also want to try maybe Asia or marrokko. :) Lets se what we do. Now we just have to enjoy the lovely danish summer we have :)

Harvest - Jalapenos - Guacamole

First time harvesting some Jalapenos. :) I couldnt wait for it to turn red :D It looks so tasty :)

I decided to make some Guacamole with these lovely things. :)

A recipe i usually use when i make Guacamole.

2-3 Avocados
2 Jalapenos
lime
greek yoghurt or creme fraiche
1-2 cloves of garlic
salt & pepper

Mash the avocados with a fork, i usually leave it a little chunky :) Cut the jalapenos in small pieces, and throw it in the avocados. smash the garlic in. squeese half lime in it and throw in the yoghurt/fraiche. taste it with salt and pepper. :) Voila! Delicious!!!

Bhut Jolokia Chili Flower

This is the most beautiful Chili flower i have ever seen! Its Purple. :) The Plant is in itself very very beautiful with Big Dark green Leafs and purple branches.. So Beautiful. :) Cant wait to see the fruits :D

Thats why African Naga an Bhut Jolokia gave flowers that much later then the others.

Its all around us. Recently its been a lot of tragic things happening in my familys life. My mother found one of her best friends dead in his apartment. This was very hard for her and those around her, and it made many people sad. My mom got some sad news the day after. But one week later, a very dear friend to our family and me, he had been living in Denmark for 2 years, and he was found murdered in his apartment with several stab wounds. Now, this is an old sick man who cant defend himself, one of the sweetest guys I have ever met! And a MF Junkie walks in and stabs him... Hoow the fuck can you do that to such a sweet man?! He has been helping me when i needed it the most, giving me roof over my head when i had nowhere else to go. He had a Big Heart! Little weird ;) But in a good way. :) Funny Man.

Lombardo is going Nuts! Giving so many chilis. And they look so cool, all of them have different shapes, and they are very light green.. I picked some to see how they taste when they are green, there are so many so why not ;)

They were not Hot at all. Almost a little sweet. Maybe they get hotter when they are red. :) Lets see ;)

I couldnt wait any longer ;) It has been hanging in the tree for a loong time. I am starting to think that it wont turn red. hmm...
But I read on several pages on the internet, that it tastes just as good when its green, and many chefs rather use it when it is green. So i thought, What the hell. Lets try it.

I wanted to taste the Chili, so i used it fresh in a salad with tomatoes, spring onion, salad and some feta cheese. :) Mmm.. soo tasty. The Anaheim tasted like a hot Paprika. Very very good. :)

The Apartment is getting More and more green. :) Its Wonderful. :) And The African Naaga is giving its first flowers :) Pretty little yellow flowers. Its gonna be a hot motherfucker! (on of the hottest chili in the world) :D

Taco Night!

Mmmm.!! I Love Tacos! Tex Mex is just my favorite food! I cant get enough! So today, again, we ate Tacos. But today it was extra special. ;)

We could finally taste the little Apache devil :) So It couldnt fit better with a little Tacos :D

It was soo good, Very Hot little piece but it tasted good, a little sour taste actually. I think these would be delicious if they were pickled. :D (I am soo doing that) 

I put little more than half Chili in the meat right before its finished.
The rest we used fresh in the tacos :) Delicious

Cosy Balcony :D

The Balcony is a Very Nice and Cozy place to sit now! :) The result after 2 hours of fun work, with help from my Boyfriend! :)
Now we are enjoying a welldeserved beer. :)

We went Flower Shopping today :) I really need some Flowers on the Balcony. Its soo Gray and Boring right now, its just not so much summer about it. So today I am going crazy on the Balcony :D
